I am not going to go into a lot of detail for this post. I know that many of you are celebrating this holiday weekend. Maybe these photos will help brighten your days. If you are traveling, be safe, drive carefully, and don’t text. Please remember the holiday for what it is, to remember to thank the people that help keep our country free. LOVE your GBH capture, gorgeous background as well!
Thanks, Donna. I love shooting with large apertures which sometimes give great bokeh, nice blurred backgrounds.
Wonderful images as always, Bob! Thank you for your service to our country, and for the reminder that we should take a moment in remembrance of those who gave their all for our country, and for those who are bravely serving today.

These images all have such dimension Bob…the master! We do indeed have a lot to be thankful for. I do hope that when folks are at their picnics, parades, and shopping sales, that they take a few moments out to remember what this holiday is all about. I hope you and your wife have a nice Memorial Day holiday.
Thank you, Dave, for your nice comment. You echo my feelings. and I hope that you and yours have a great weekend, too.
I love the new header image, Bob! I hope you don’t mind the following link. It fits in as a Texas Tweetie-type image melded with a Memorial Day image. Thank you for your service to our Country, Mr. Zeller. http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/a4/aa/54/a4aa54e4dc7d73776de5bb365d4b994e.jpg
