Thanks for the osprey-fix, Bob! 🙂
Yeah, I love the Ospreys, too, Donna. 🙂
Beautiful shots, Bob. And so nice to hear the weather is better somewhere!
Thanks, Lisa. Yeah, it is pretty nice here, comparing to what you have up there.
Amazing pic of the hummingbird! 🙂 Well done on your New Year quest!
Thanks, Jo, I appreciate it. 🙂
Nice work, Bob. I am particularly impressed with the GBHE as well. Great behavior shot.
Thank you very much, Jim.
If I ever had the chance to hold a hummingbird in my hand – it would be my absolute best day.
Yes, it is a wonderful feeling. 🙂
All the photos are first class but I like the GBH best – as you might expect with my experiences with one up here. I think you’ll make your list no problem
Thanks for your kind words, Jim.
Looks like your list is building fast. Love your hummer. Taking the kids to High Island to see some winterers. Hope to add a couple of lifers to my own list! Still peddling hard to catch up to you. Need to modify my list which has grown…
My list will be slowing now until the spring birds start to arrive. I hope to get to 200 at least. I also really hope that you do catch me. I love it that you are really getting into this stuff. Good luck…….
You really got some great shots, Bob! Love the Osprey shot. And your Big Year list isn’t looking too shabby either. 🙂
Thanks, Judy. But it will get harder to add to the Big Year list. Right now I am just adding to the regulars. It will now slow a bit until the spring birds arrive. Glad I have your interest. 🙂
Great group of beautiful birds! The Anna’s hummer is so colorful and the Loggerhead Shrike is very distinguished looking. I always enjoy Osprey and the Great Egret and GBH (your fav!) are posing pretty. Thanks for sharing! Enjoy the weekend. hugs
Thanks, Beth. I always enjoy getting your comments. We still wish that you would come down to San Angelo some time and go birding with us. 🙂
